1. Collaborate with senior architects to develop and create design concepts and drawings
2. Participate in site visits and documentation
3. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations
4. Prepare and manage project schedules
5. Participate in team meetings and assist with project coordination
6. Contribute to the development of design proposals
7. Provide technical assistance during the construction phase
8. Assist with research on materials, building codes, and other design-related topics
9. Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation
10. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2. 0-2 years of experience in an architectural firm
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Knowledge of building codes and regulations
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
9. Experience with sustainable design is a plus
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
