Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing relationships with schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
2. Communicating with students to help them successfully navigate the program.
3. Developing strategies to increase program enrollment and retention.
4. Managing program logistics and operations.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in relationship management or sales
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Ability to develop and execute strategies for customer outreach and retention
5. Experience in event planning and coordination
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field
8. Experience in education or youth programs is a plus
