Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the program for supporting children with special needs
2. Coordinating leads for shadow teachers/behavioral trainers
3. Generating contacts with parents of children with special needs
4. Networking with schools for lead generation
5. Coordinating seamless interactions of shadow trainers, experts, school administration, and parents (Eg. Organize regular meetings/training programs)
6. Creating various documents required for effective coordination
7. Addressing issues raised swiftly with a solution focussed approach
8. Reporting and Documentation for great execution

Other requirements

1. Graduation/ Post Graduation with 0-1 years of experience

2. Experience in the field with managerial responsibilities

6. Ability to handle critical situations calmly
