Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
6. Prepare HR reports and data analysis using MS-Excel to provide insights to the HR team.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling employee inquiries.
