This position is responsible for 70% of recruitment and 30% of HR operation roles.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on all levels of hiring through different job portals, campus hiring, and references
2. Work closely with the management and hiring manager to understand the requirements
3. Handle the entire recruitment life cycle
4. Close the position in the given timeline
5. Maintain daily candidates, tracking MIS
6. Work closely with the management and the hiring manager to provide HR solutions
7. Work on joining formalities, induction, and training program
8. Ensure the smooth exit of employees and complete FNF settlement
9. Assist the management in the performance management system
10. Ensure smooth adherence to HR policy
11. Work on employee engagement activities and internal communication
12. Work on grievance handling
13. Work on leave and attendance management
14. Handle other HR admin work
