We are seeking passionate and experienced coaches to join our team and lead our games programs in football, basketball, badminton, and skating. As a games coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training sessions, providing guidance and mentorship to players, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute engaging and effective training sessions tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of players
2. Teach fundamental techniques, strategies, and tactics relevant to each sport
3. Provide individualized feedback and guidance to players to support their skill development and growth
4. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players
5. Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure the smooth operation of games and tournaments
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in your respective sport and incorporate them into your coaching practice
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Previous coaching experience in one or more of the following sports: football, basketball, badminton, or skating
2. Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the respective sport(s).
3. Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels
4. Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team culture
5. Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications are a plus
