1. Develop and implement training programs for athletes in Archery, Badminton, and Taekwondo.
2. Provide individualized coaching and feedback to enhance skills and performance.
3. Plan and organize practice sessions and competitions to optimize player development.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training and competition.
5. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
6. Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in Archery, Badminton, and Taekwondo coaching.
7. Inspire and motivate athletes to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
