About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Helping drive key priorities of the CEO by program managing & coordinating with team members across the organization; acting as gatekeepers and ensuring the CEO's involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment
2. Acting as a versatile problem solver and team player who can get involved across different projects to drive key business outcomes on the CEO's behalf
3. Acting as the sounding board for ideas and initiatives; helping the CEO identify the areas where to direct his focus
4. Helping the CEO draft internal and external communications

As part of the CEO's Office, you will be at the center of the company's operations and most important priorities. You will work directly with the CEO to help manage day-to-day operations and strategic projects across product, marketing, strategy, and business operations.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. 3-7 years of relevant experience (preferably in the startup space, school ed-tech preferred)

2. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

3. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders, and a complex set of stakeholders, in order to drive organizational change

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
