1. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing rapport, and building trusting relationships throughout legal projects
2. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and concerns, ensuring that project deliverables align with their expectations and requirements
3. Project Planning: Work closely with clients and attorneys to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, tailored to meet client needs
4. Client Education: Provide guidance and support to clients regarding legal processes, requirements, and options available to them, empowering them to make informed decisions
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and other team members to coordinate project activities, share insights, and leverage collective expertise to achieve project objectives
