Key responsibilities:

1. Gaining full knowledge of real estate projects & trends
2. Working live on the job with clientele/projects
3. Developing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships & bonding
4. Assisting & coordinating with site visitors
5. Working on back-office tasks
6. Delivering customer-first oriented service always
7. Communicating with all levels of the organization internally and externally
8. Meeting and exceeding sales goals
9. Following up with the clients and pushing sales by generating value
10. Maintaining a database of clients and properties and keeping accurate records of sales activities
11. Negotiating deals with clients and preparing sales agreements

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months
