About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the SEO business at the agency including client relations
2. Work on project management, team management, and delivering results
3. Lead an SEO team (current team strength of 15+, including managers, associates, etc, growing to 25+ in 6 months)
4. Create and launch new business solutions in the SEO and allied spaces, by working closely with the BD team, Web team, and founders
5. Lead client projects end to end via the team
6. Create pitches for new clients basis their briefs and pitch strategic solutions
7. Work on capability building of the team across all facets
8. Improve delivery processes and systems to keep building the business

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in the White Hat SEO process in agencies

2. Must have led a team of SEOs before

3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability

4. Should be able to lead multiple SEO projects simultaneously

5. Should have experience in eCommerce as well as non-ecommerce projects

6. Solid SEO skill sets and very results-driven mindset

7. Super keen to grow the business together with the founders

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)

9. Should be extremely focused on delivering results for clients
