Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products and services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries and concerns in a professional manner
3. Update customer information in the CRM system and maintain accurate records
4. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
5. Generate reports using MS Excel to track call metrics and analyze data for performance improvement
6. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences to enhance our marketing strategies
