Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers sourced from various lead generation channels
2. Utilize sales pitches to effectively introduce products and services to potential buyers
3. Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations or households
4. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, features, and benefits
5. Demonstrate product knowledge during sales calls to address customer inquiries and objections effectively
6. Highlight unique selling points and competitive advantages to differentiate our offerings in the market
7. Build rapport with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences
8. Present compelling sales propositions tailored to individual customer requirements.
9. Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure sales closures
10. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM/internal data system

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers
3. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is desirable
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability
6. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
7. Compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales interactions
