1. Learn and perform in a 360-degree business development and sales role, including prospecting, pitching B2B clients, running on-ground marketing campaigns, and signing up B2C customers
2. Prospect and develop a target list of apartment communities to sign up for Flurn programs and execute B2B partnerships and marketing campaigns with them
3. Run marketing activations in high-value communities and generate high-quality interest for Flurn programs
4. Convert interested customers via an omni-channel B2C sales approach
5. Learn and use sales management tools effectively, including CRM systems, BI Dashboards, and have familiarity with Google Sheets
6. This role involves 6-8 days of fieldwork every month. BD executives are on the field for 3-5 hours during field visits
Requirement:
1. Freshers only - High energy, never-say-die attitude, and willingness to learn rapidly
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or higher preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Mandatory - Your own private transportation vehicle (2-wheeler preferred) for client meetings, marketing events, and prospecting
5. Fluency in English and Kannada and/or Hindi required
