As a new business development executive at Sharedpro, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships in untapped markets. Your expertise in sales strategies and customer relationship management will help us expand our footprint and continue providing exceptional talent solutions to tech companies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to create a pipeline of new business opportunities
2. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to introduce Sharedpro s unique value propositions to prospective clients
3. Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
4. Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, potential markets, and customer needs to inform business strategies
5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner organizations that can lead to business growth
6. Work closely with the marketing and client success teams to align on company goals and ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention
7. Regularly report on sales progress and pipeline development to senior management

6. Knowledge of the IT industry and current economic challenges faced by tech companies is highly preferred
