Content Writer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build the framework for the course content for the global certification programs and curation of the existing content.
2. Work on the corporate governance-related course content creation.
3. Work on the ESG (environment, social, and governance) related content creation.
4. Work closely with the leadership team on learning management systems to create gamification with content in learning.
5. Work on creating the social media content strategy and content around corporate governance, board level, and ESG-related matters.
6. Involve in reviewing the content of the modules, and videos, and creation of the error logs for the reviewed content/videos.
7. Create the blog/vlog content.
8. Work with the cross-functional teams to get the content on all the websites aligned with the vision and mission of the client.
9. Work on writing and finalizing the executive summaries of CXOs and board directors of various programs.
10. Create content to engage the CXO community in the form of newsletters, articles, magazines, content for events, etc.
11. Involve in the complete content marketing working closely with the digital marketing team.
12. Work on deplagiarizing and creating original content for the organization.
13. Maintain high standards of confidentiality in creating content.
14. Write content and questions based on the profiles of the delegates for one-on-one interviews.

Skills & knowledge:

1. Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
2. Proficiency in communication design is essential.
3. A strong understanding of corporate governance, board matters, and ESG is necessary.
4. Content strategizing skills, particularly in course framework creation, are essential.
5. Project management skills would be advantageous.
6. Experience in content marketing is important.
7. Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.
8. Experience or skills in book writing are beneficial.
9. A PhD is preferred.
