Corporate Sales Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and align meetings with senior stakeholders and assessing their insurance requirements at corporate level.
2. Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the Company.
3. Develop, maintain, and retain excellent relationships with clients throughout the year.
4. Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients. Developing the sales funnel, creating the pipeline & future prospects.
5. Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of products.
6. Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue.
7. Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks, and implement best practices.
8. Able to work as an individual contributor, as well as with the team.
9. Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporations, MNC Corporations, etc.
