Data Engineer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to evaluate data formats, data sources, and various data transformation techniques
2. Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot any data issues
3. Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality
4. Data Modeling and Architecture: Combine raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats
5. Develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling
6. Build data pipelines to collectively bring data together
7. Technical Support and Automation: Provide technical support to data engineers and analysts in troubleshooting issues related to data pipelines, databases, and other data infrastructure
8. Automate manual tasks to enhance efficiency and streamline data processes
9. Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers
10. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree or master s Degree in computer science, or a related area
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala
3. Familiarity with SQL, Big Data technologies (Spark), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented
7. Strong Problem-solving skills and highly developed analytical and organizational skills
