Field Marketing Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

a. Data Sourcing and Management
1. Sourcing the data of construction sites from the RERA Website.
2. Maintaining the database of builders & architects on the internal templates of the organization.
3. Prepare the site visit list for a month as per the recent data and requirements.

b. Marketing through a site visit
1. Prepare the introductory file of documents as part of pre-sales preparation.
2. Visit the site as per the list and have effective sales meetings to:
3. Identify the client's need for our product.
4. Position the I-Cube as the best choice for the client.
5. Note the timeline of the client's end for further follow-ups.

c. Sales Proposals
1. Create the proposal from the client's requirement as per the directives from the CMO.
2. Coordinate with the operations team to confirm the timeline.

d. Sales Conversion
1. Schedule a meeting with the client of the CMO at an appropriate time to close the deal.
2. Take continuous follow-ups as per the timeline.

e. Handling IndiaMART
1. Daily Purchase of relevant leads.
2. Follow up on generated leads and follow the sales process.

f. Traveling Requirements
1. The majority (More than 75%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, need to travel to the major cities of western India to meet potential clients as and when required.
