Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

As an HR consultant at Analytics Jobs, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on the business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR branding, recruitment, the human resource information system (HRIS), and HR analytics.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment, developing, and implementing HR branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
2. Support the HR team in optimizing the HRIS system to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
3. Analyze HR data using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives that support the company's goals
5. Assist in conducting research and benchmarking to stay current on HR trends and best practices
6. Support the recruitment process by assisting with resume screening, interviews, and onboarding activities
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
