Junior Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements and create business requirements documents for custom software development projects.
2. Collaborate with team members including the project manager, development lead, and business stakeholders in understanding business requirements and implications.
3. Create the necessary functional and technical documentation, from which the software development team will produce code.
4. Analyze and document business processes workflows and use cases throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Support the creation of test plans and perform user acceptance testing.
6. Develop User Stories and update JIRA.
7. Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design, construction, testing, and implementation of modifications to systems.
8. Provide initial post-implementation support of newly rolled-out applications troubleshoots issues and provides guidance to end users.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), business administration, or equivalent field.
2. Freshers.
3. Understanding of the Agile-based Software.
4. Development life cycle model and secure testing methodologies.
