We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative social media marketer to manage and grow our social media presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new to the field to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our brand's online strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
2. Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
7. Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content and campaigns.
9. Support the team with any additional tasks or projects as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
5. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
