About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities
2. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
3. Analyze, document, and optimize existing processes to maximize automation potential and efficiency gains
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides
5. Conduct testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during RPA implementation and post-production support phases
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful deployment and adoption of RPA solutions
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies

Who can apply

Other requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related roles

Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python

Solid understanding of process automation concepts, including workflow automation, screen scraping, and data extraction

Familiarity with enterprise software systems, databases, and APIs

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Relevant certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) are a plus

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 /year
