Sales And Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

a. B2B Sales:
1. Identify and approach potential dentist and dermatologist partners for collaboration
2. Present IDDA's assurance's unique proposition of patient invoice generation and reimbursement benefits for their services to dentists and dermatologists
3. Negotiate and establish agreements with healthcare professionals for patient referrals

b. Corporate & Society Tie-ups:
1. Develop relationships with corporate clients and residential societies to offer them access to a network of qualified dentists and dermatologists
2. Customize partnership proposals by providing them webapplication login with partial reimbursements on every treatments based on the healthcare needs of corporate clients and societies
3. Facilitate tie-ups that ensure employees or residents receive the best dental and dermatological care with partial reimbursements on treatments

c. Educational Outreach:
1. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential partners on the benefits of collaborating with IDDA assurance
2. Provide information on the reimbursement process and how it adds value to both healthcare providers and patients

d. Reimbursement Program:
1. Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement concessional treatments for patients
2. Ensure proper documentation of treatments for reimbursement purposes.
3. Work closely with finance and reimbursement teams to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement to patients

e. Reporting:
1. Provide regular reports on sales activities, partnerships, and achievements
2. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Qualifications and experience criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
3. Familiarity with dental and dermatological practices and procedures


Key Competencies:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills
2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients
3. Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially dental and dermatological services
4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated
