Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers interested in our offerings and provide them with the necessary information.
3. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to convert them into sales.
4. Maintain a database of customers and their contact information using MS Excel.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals set by the company.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends in the industry.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market demands.
8. Send emails/messages to customers on important updates about the company s products.
9. Send customer ledgers to respective customers to inform them about their purchases and the remaining payments thereof.
10. Follow up with the customers regarding pending payments via E-mails, messages, or phone calls.
