Senior Telesales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel students over the phone for admissions in UG & PG courses
2. Assist learners in form filling for admission
3. Guide students to take admission in partner colleges
4. Have direct access to college SPOCs as & when required and help in the admission conversion process
5. Maintain daily MIS on calls & walk-ins (if any)
6. Excellent listening and communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
7. Interpersonal skills
8. Integrity and professionalism
9. Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds
10. Enjoy working in a core sales-driven environment
11. Self-starter with the ability to execute high-velocity closures
12. Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
13. Graduate in any stream
14. Comfort and knowledge of Microsoft Office for data management
