Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Place outbound calls to existing customers or potential leads to promote products or services, generate sales leads, or conduct surveys
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers
4. Assist the sales team by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and providing pre-sales support to potential customers
5. Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily and to nurture potential leads
7. Gather feedback from customers regarding products, services, or their overall experience to help improve offerings and customer satisfaction
