The ‘Aditya Birla Capital' campaign features jobs for the position of Front-line sales executive in the verticals of health insurance and life insurance. After you apply online, you will need to go through an online assessment basis which shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

ABCL is hiring graduates and post-graduates for the position of Front-line sales executive in their health and life verticals.
Based on your application and resume submitted, you would be shortlisted by the employer. After shortlisting, you would then be required to go through an online assessment round. Only after clearing your assessment, you would then be contacted by the employer for a further interview round.

Only those meeting the selection criteria after applying to the job will be shortlisted for the assessment round, receiving an assessment link via email from Perspect AI within 1 business day from the date of applying. It would be a mandatory step for shortlisted candidates to give the assessment to move to the next round of hiring.

Once you receive the assessment link via email from Perspect AI, you will have a 7 day window to attempt the same from the day it has been scheduled. The proctored assessment will last 26 minutes, so ensure you have a stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop with a functioning microphone and camera.

Please make a note that since openings are limited, priority hiring would be done for candidates that complete their assessment before others, so complete your assessment as fast as possible. Based on your assessment score, you will be shortlisted further for an Interview round.
