We have a case for you, Sherlock!

With around 6 million registered students and over 120 thousand companies on-board, Internshala has become the go-to platform for internship recruitment and we have large datasets of both students and employers using our platform. We are looking for an ace detective (read Data Scientist) to make sense of all this data and use this to transform Internshala into the best hiring platform in the world.

You and your Watsons (team of data scientists) would be responsible for everything related to Analytics and Data Science at Internshala. Your work would involve but would not be limited to-

  • hiring/mentoring your own Watsons - you may build the Data Science team as needed
  • building our own Watson (no not that one, the IBM one) - Plan and develop all required ML systems in-house
  • identifying actionable insights and solutions from our large datasets; setup analytics frameworks as required
  • designing and helping implement A/B experiments to track the impact of individual changes in our product

You will be chosen if-

  • you are immensely passionate about solving complex cases (real world problems)
  • you have experience building ML systems from scratch (including recommender systems, NLP etc.)
  • you have experience building and leading a Data Science team
