About Aashadeep Animals Trust

The idea behind Aashadeep Animals Trust originated from very humble beginnings - in 2020, we noticed a hungry stray dog near our house and we decided to feed him every day. After a couple of weeks, we started feeding more and more dogs in and around our society in South Delhi. Today, we feed around 80+ dogs, and we have been doing it every single day since 2020, braving scorching heat, cold weather, rains, COVID, fights in society, etc. We also rescue injured animals and help them get adopted. We have rescued over 50 injured dogs and cats, many birds, and one cow. We are a very small group of compassionate neighbors and 99% of our expenses are paid from our own pockets.
