We are seeking Interns who would be excited to be part of Abanel- a business strategy and organization design advisory services firm. Abanel was started by 2 graduates from XLRI, Jamshedpur with almost 5 decades of professional HR experience between them. Our clients are MSMEs and family businesses spread across industries - retail, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT services & products, IT start-ups, education, biotech, automotive dealerships, infrastructure, advertising, etc. What we do: Working with clients who seek growth and business transformation to sustain growth, we help align business processes and people processes so that the business can meet its growth agenda. We work with boards/ promoters and senior leadership teams to ensure that the process of change trickles down into the DNA of the organization. We start each engagement by understanding the DNA of the business along with the growth plans, culture, pressures, and challenges.
