About Aditi Joshi

I am a dedicated yoga teacher with over 1500 hours of training from across the globe. Yoga, in all its forms, is woven into every breath and aspect of my life, whether at home, work, or anywhere in between. Sharing this passion through teaching brings me immense joy! However, my desire to reach more people and make a broader impact led to the creation of Yog at Ease. In collaboration with a skincare manufacturing setup, I am excited to introduce our skincare brand. Our brand embodies two fundamental yoga concepts through its collections: "Breathe" and "Heal." Each product is designed to reflect the essence of these principles, combining the wisdom of yoga with the benefits of quality skin care.
