Alept Consulting is an India-based software consulting company that focuses on highly qualitative, timely delivered, and cost-effective offshore software development. We are a team of 90 dynamic professionals having broad experience in multiple languages and domains, and come from world-class organizations. We work from Monday to Friday (10 AM-7 PM) and have a relaxed work environment. We do not believe in micromanaging and give every employee ownership of their tasks and make sure they have the appropriate tools and support to be successful in their job.
