About Antarang Foundation

As a 10-year-old organization, Antarang Foundation has been one of the leading voices in integrating employability and career development into the mainstream education narrative. We strongly believe that education, without leading to social and economic progress, remains incomplete. We aim to make employability and aspirational careers accessible to all young adults, regardless of socioeconomic background. Antarang Foundation focuses on developing employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students in making career choices, provides training in core employability skills, and facilitates connections to employment opportunities aligned with their preferences. In the past decade, Antarang has positively impacted over 100,000 youth in Mumbai. Antarang is currently in a critical growth phase and seeks candidates dedicated to scaling its impact and reaching youth more effectively and efficiently.
