About Anuj Aggarwal

Mr. Anuj is a practicing advocate, arbitrator, and qualified chartered accountant based in New Delhi. He graduated in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and obtained his law degree from Delhi University in 2004. Mr. Anuj has extensive experience in handling various types of litigation before the Honorable Supreme Court of India, various high courts, commissions, forums, boards, and tribunals, including national and various state consumer commissions/forums, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), TDSAT, DRT, COMPAT, CCI, CESTAT, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (ATE), CLB, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), NCLAT, etc. In May 2015, he was nominated as the additional standing counsel for the government of Delhi before the Honorable High Court of Delhi, achieving this distinction at the age of 34, the youngest at that time. To date, he has represented the interests of numerous clients, both individuals and organizations, in over 3,000 cases.
