About Aradhana Skills

Aradhana Skills is a social enterprise, established in 2012, that provides job-oriented, government-certified, skills development training for allied healthcare or paramedical professionals within the healthcare sector in India. Our vision is to imbibe transformational education, training, and values in our students, so they begin to view their work in healthcare as a service or seva to the community. We strive to positively change the narrative on skilling in India, and thus, participate in and contribute to nation-building. In partnership with some of the leading healthcare providers in Pune like Ruby Hall Clinic, Jehangir Hospital, Manipal Hospitals, Sahyadri Hospitals, amongst others, we offer job-ready skills development courses for radiology technicians, dialysis technicians, and medical laboratory technicians in Pune.
