Beamfox is a SaaS platform that allows HRs to automate employee engagement journeys from pre-boarding to offboarding. Our software will enable HRs to create engagement workflows for different employee journeys like pre-boarding, onboarding, etc. Beamfox enables HR teams to engage candidates or employees on the platform they are available via phone calls, emails, SMS, video calls, and telegram. Without the candidate or employee, signup or download an additional app while providing analytics and engagement scores based on the engagement data. We believe this will essentially increase employee engagement, reduce employee turnover, and reduce candidate drop-off by improving the acceptance to joining ratio.
