We are an NGO based in Lucknow and we work towards realizing our vision of self-sustainable poverty alleviation. We have been working on community intervention and youth engagement programs in Lucknow since 2015. One of our interventions is Vajood, where we strive to provide mental healthcare facilities to the urban youth. The mental health of urban youth is highly undervalued because it rarely restricts functionality. We aspire to address that. Our work style is based on the concept of co-creation where each member of the team influences all decisions and has a comfortable space for healthy learning. We have also started a project to teach spoken and basic written English to the youth to make them job-friendly. This is our attempt to enhance employability and social adeptness.
