Dhaga a Non-Governmental Organization based in Silchar is registered under the society act XXI of 1860 . Our core areas of focus are in the domain of rural development, education, women's health, relief and distribution drives along with a holistic approach for the welfare of the society. Conceptualized in the year 2019, Dhaga meaning "thread" weaves and connects the broken parts. Believing in the same, Dhaga too weaves a thread of strength and hope amidst the uncertainties of life. We firmly believe and live by the motto, "Be the change you wish to see" and from the past three years, we, at Team Dhaga, are sincerely committed in enhancing the livelihood and quality of life of countless individuals especially from the marginalized communities.
