About DHive Foundation

dHive is an award-winning not-for-profit organization, which imparts leadership skills in young students through social design and innovation. Thus far, we have intervened in schools in rural Maharashtra, rural Pondicherry, and low-income school here in Chennai where children built solutions for the challenges that were pertinent to their community. Through their work, children have been recognized with awards from National design competitions as well as received scholarships for their higher education. The scale-up of children's innovations created an alternate source of livelihood for women in their community. Inspired by their journey, we are launching -LEAD BY DESIGN- after school program wherein we build leadership skills in students from grade 4-8 through social design education.
