About E-CELL IIT Roorkee

The Entrepreneurship Cell of IIT-Roorkee, previously known as Entrepreneurship Development Cell IIT Roorkee (EDC IITR), has been established with the objective of creating, fostering, and promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth of the nation. Established in the early months of 2006, the Entrepreneurship Development Cell has already made rapid strides in cultivating an entrepreneurial temper and has succeeded in carving a niche for itself. Its mission is not only to ignite minds but also to nurture the ideas of some of the most talented students in India. E-Cell IIT Roorkee is committed to building a strong platform for budding entrepreneurs. The vision is to guide students to consider entrepreneurship as a career, as a path to success, and as a journey of wisdom.
