Eduresearch Linksmind LLP, previously known as Success Finder Eduventures was founded back in 2012 in Burdwan West Bengal. In its initial days, it was a successful IIT-JEE coaching institute that trained over 200+ students for JEE and NEET in its due course of time. The institute faced roadblocks in its progression due to the unavailability of good trainers that matched the specific, personalized needs of students. The roadblock acted as sort of a eureka moment for Mr. Jyotirmoy Mondal, who came up with the incredible idea of connecting learners (students) and trainers(teachers) via an online platform. The main motto of which was to make education more personalized to the specific needs of learners. The mental model came to life with Eduresearch Linksmind LLP (Linksmind) in 2019 with its operations lifting off in Burdwan, Durgapur, Asansol, and Kolkata.
