GCV Life is a boutique venture focused on select sectors providing investment banking and innovation licensing services to our clients. GCVL started as a healthcare-focused business venture & has worked with clients across sub-sectors within healthcare. GCVL now plans to expand into select niches & hi-tech sectors such as agri-tech, renewable energy, etc. We have been in operation since 2009 and we aspire to be a partner of choice for companies to enable them to unlock their value. At our investment banking (IB) business, we work on mandates given by clients to execute transactions such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A) & fundraising. At our innovation licensing (IL) business, we partner with our clients to become their commercial arm to assist them in realizing the maximum value of their innovation through product/technology licensing.
