Gemba Concepts, established in 2014, is an Operational Excellence Consulting firm working to optimize operations & improve profitability. Some of our key functional area includes new supplier layout planning & designing, Supply chain streamlining, efficiency improvement and so on. Though we are a Bangalore-based company, our uniqueness is in the flexibility to station our team at the client's location and executing the project. Today we are a team of 20+ members with a customer base of 30+ companies across different sectors such as auto, fmcg, textile & apparel, engineering, etc.
