About Gunjan Goela
When international cuisine started ruling the menu cards at most hotels/restaurants in India, Gunjan Goela decided to bring back to the tables the taste of ancient Indian cuisine. The spices, smell, and flavors of India kitchen had, after all, caught her fancy from the tender age of six and grew up to be a passion. No wonder then that her's was a familiar face on numerous cook-shows across television channels like NDTV Good Times, Star TV, etc. Gunjan's Hall of Fame includes being consulting the ITC hotel's kitchen in Delhi for Indo-Marwari cuisine, successful catering business, designer mithai on special requests and organizing the very popular 'Dilli Ka Khana' food festival. Years of research has enabled her to dig up recipes hitherto lost in history books, thereby giving her a niche to create the perfect royal spread fit for royalty.
