They are spread across Delhi, Haryana (Faridabad), Bihar (Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, and Purnea), Jharkhand (Ranchi, Jamshedpur, and Dhanbad), Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Varanasi, Meerut, Agra, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Aligarh, and Kanpur) and Uttarakhand (Dehradun, Haridwar, and Haldwani). Apart from these, the paper is also available in key towns like Mathura, Saharanpur, and Faizabad. In Delhi and NCR, Hindustan is on undisputed no. 2 and is rapidly growing even as the market is declining. Hindustan's readership has grown to 120 lakh readers in the fourth quarter. As per total readership, Hindustan is no. 2 with 385 lakh readers.
