Changing the building blocks of the recruitment industry, we are a group of computer science graduates from IITs (Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati) with experience ranging from a few years to up to 10 years within firms such as Tower Research Capital, Eightfold AI, and different startups. We are passionate about solving this problem due to its widespread impact on the industry. Founded by the alumni of IITD and IITG, Aashish Mittal and Sachin Mittal have rich work experience of more than a decade across the top fin-tech and product-based companies. We are backed by some of the best industry leaders in technology and business in India.
