Homehub aims to be a one-stop shop for all construction needs and requirements in tier II and tier III cities. Towards meeting this, we have started with a SaaS product that helps facilitate home loan disbursements to customers in these cities in a productive and cost-effective manner. Going forward, we aim to build solutions to solve other problems faced by customers in the ecosystem including obtaining loans, designs, approvals, construction services, and materials. The organization was founded by 4 people with rich experience in real estate and affordable housing and with a passion for making a difference in this space. We have a team comprising tech and operations people which we are in the process of expanding. We are launching our consumer-facing solution in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and will be slowly expanding our presence in the remaining of Tamil Nadu. The PropTech space is an exciting space in particular due to the emphasis on the 'Housing for All by 2022' initiative.
