About JanaJagriti Trust

Our NGO, JanaJagriti Trust, builds awareness for holistic well-being. We work on creating awareness of physical, mental, emotional, environmental, and cultural well-being. We work with children to address challenges like raising health and environmental literacy, reducing malnutrition in rural India, and behavior changes to improve overall health and environmental outcomes. We do so by using card/board games to raise awareness of balanced food, nutrition, the impact of junk food, deficiency & diseases, by providing nutritious food for rural children based on scientific study, by using health quizzes and challenges to imbibe a healthy lifestyle, and by conducting solution-oriented workshops in school/colleges to imbibe the awareness. Each state has its own culture, we need to raise cultural/heritage knowledge in the youth and get back to our roots.
