Marico Innovation Foundation (MIF), founded in 2003 is a Not-For-Profit arm of Marico Limited. MIF is a philanthropy-driven innovation and impact catalyst with a mission to identify and scale disruptive innovations with the potential to create long-lasting socio-economic and environmental impact in India. MIF has 2 flagship programs: 1. Scale-up program: Started in 2016, Scale-Up is a beyond capital, no equity, rapid acceleration program that catalyzes innovations through personalized, deep-rooted mentorship to help disruptive Indian innovations address challenges in Food & Agriculture, Plastic Waste Management, and Clean Technology and scale their impact. 2. Innovation for India Awards: Innovation for India Awards is a biennial platform to showcase currently hidden, potentially game-changing Indian innovations. More than just awards; they are a gateway to recognition and a symbol of excellence in innovation.
